Refund policy
Non-Defective Products:
Products are printed on demand for each customer so there are no returns for non defective products. If you return a product that is not defective there will be no refund issued.
Defective Products:
We offer a 15-day policy for returning defective products for an exchange, credit, or refund, provided the items are in new condition and include the original packaging. All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number visibly displayed on the outside of the box. Returns without a visible RMA will be rejected. To obtain an RMA number, please email our Customer Service Team at info@patternluxe.com. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, the refund will be issued minus our shipping costs.
